We follow the current Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide. If any treatment exceeds this due to complexity (such as advanced cosmetic procedures), you’ll be notified in advance—no unexpected fees.

Dental Financing Options

We are proud to offer The Dental Card, Canada’s leading dental financing program. It features interest-free options and low monthly payments for approved applicants.

You will never be rushed or pressured into making decisions, and your comfort is always our top priority.

How to Apply:

Insurance Policy

We electronically submit claims to most insurance providers and aim to make the process as simple as possible. While coverage varies depending on your insurer, we’ll help clarify what’s included and can submit estimates before beginning any treatment.

Important to Know:

  • You are responsible for payment at the time of service.
  • Claims are typically reimbursed within 5–7 business days.
  • We can help send pre-treatment estimates on request.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved just for you. Missed or last-minute cancellations impact other patients, your treatment plan, and our team’s time. To help everyone stay on track, we kindly ask for at least two (2) business days’ notice for any changes.

Cancellation Fee

A $50 fee applies for appointments cancelled, moved, or missed with less than two business days’ notice.
